This program is designed for businesses looking to build a strong foundation in exporting. It is ideal for businesses new to export, those beginning their export journey, and companies seeking to expand into international markets. The program is delivered through three sequential modules, held online, with an option to attend the third module in person.

The module series is delivered by Investment NSW in partnership with the Australian Industry Group (Ai Group) and Business Sydney

Module 2. Market Research, Entry Strategy, Pricing & Risk Fundamentals

Move from optimism - led export decisions to evidence - based market and entry choices. The workshop will cover:

- Market Research & Selection
- Entry Strategy, Pricing & Costing Basics
- Payments, IP & Risk Awareness

Module 3. Export Planning, Connections & Execution

Apply learning, stress test assumptions and build a clear export action plan. The workshop will cover:
- Practical Export Planning & Compliance
- Peer Exporter Case Study
- Building Global Connections & Winning Buyers
