  • You will be nominated by NSW once only.
  • Home Affairs is solely responsible for granting visas.
  • Being nominated by NSW does not constitute migration advice and does not guarantee any subsequent visa application will be granted by Home Affairs.
  • Your application to NSW must be consistent with your SkillSelect EOI on the day you apply. NSW reserves the right to decline any application where it is determined that you do not meet the stated NSW eligibility criteria.
  • NSW nomination does not constitute a visa grant to enter or stay in Australia

  • Supplied falsified or misleading documents to NSW
  • No longer meet the requirements for NSW nomination
  • Charge back your NSW application fee payment
If granted a Skilled Work Regional Visa (subclass 491) by Home Affairs, I agree to:

  • Advise Investment NSW of my arrival in Australia (if applicable) and of any change of home or business address during the first two years that I reside in NSW on this visa.
  • Respond to Investment NSW surveys or requests for updated information on any information provided by me as part of this application, as well as employment and settlement in NSW.
